Register for AITRC's Migratory Bird Camp
Migratory Bird Camp is an annual event hosted by AITRC that brings together participants of all ages to celebrate traditional knowledge, develop outdoor skills, and deepen connections to the land. The camp provides a unique opportunity for community members to engage in hands-on activities, share cultural practices, and learn about the environment in a supportive and interactive setting.
2026 Migratory Bird Camp will take place Aug 13th-16th! Activities will start at 12pm on Thursday! If you are are planning to attend, please fill out the appropriate forms below
Adult Sign Up:
If you’re planning to attend, please take a moment to fill out the registration form. Forms can be submitted using the form to the right or a printable version is availible below.
Printed forms can be dropped off at the AITRC office or emailed to Deanna@ahtnatribal.org.
If you are bringing youth:
Adult Responsibilities:

Supervise and be responsible for the youth you bring throughout the duration of the camp.

Ensure the safety, well-being, and appropriate behavior of the youth in your care.

Participate alongside youth in camp activities and encourage positive engagement.

Assist with camp logistics as needed, including meals, cleanup, and other group responsibilities.

Communicate with AITRC staff regarding any concerns, emergencies, or participant needs.
Adult Participation Expectations:

Adults attending with youth are responsible for the care, supervision, and conduct of the youth they bring.

Adults are expected to remain present, attentive, and actively engaged throughout the camp.

Youth may not be left in the care of AITRC staff or other participants without prior approval.

Adults should model respectful behavior and help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive camp environment for all participants
