A Bit About Me

Bailey Roberts is a dedicated educator and environmental enthusiast with a passion for childcare, community engagement, and conservation. Starting with the Ahtna Intertribal Resource Commission (AITRC) in June 2024 as a seasonal Fisheries Technician, Bailey gained valuable experience in fieldwork, data collection, and community outreach focused on fisheries management and environmental sustainability in Alaska.

Raised in Virginia, Bailey has extensive experience working with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, in educational and outdoor settings. Her roles as a teaching assistant in both Chesterfield County Public Schools and Trinity Episcopal School laid the foundation for her ability to foster positive, engaging learning environments, while her leadership at Passages Adventure Camp sharpened her skills in risk management and outdoor education.

Bailey’s dedication to fostering connections, whether through environmental work, education, or community service, continues to guide her in making meaningful contributions to the organizations she serves.
